Ritter Imagery Gallery invites professional photographers and advanced amateurs to apply for membership based on the quality of the work presented at a portfolio review.

A portfolio should be a cohesive body of work representing a single theme or ongoing project. A portfolio should have a single voice and look. A portfolio should contain 10 to 15 images that illustrate the artist's skill as a photographer, the artist's ability to edit his/her work, and the artist's care in preparing prints for exhibition. Prints should be unframed but in all other respects ready for exhibition, i.e. matted. A $75 non-refundable fee is required.

Ritter Imagery Gallery, Living in photo offers three categories of membership and exhibition for artists:

MEMBERSHIPS

Local Membership
Full: solo, spotlight and group shows, $1500, per year plus a one-time $100 maintenance fee.
(First three months due at time of membership start date $375.00.)
Associate: spotlight and group shows, $750. per year plus a one-time $100 maintenance fee.
(First ½ due at time of membership start date $375.00.)

EXHIBITION FEES

Solo Shows:
$400 for 30 linear feet, exhibition cards.

Spotlight Shows:
$300 for 8 linear feet and exhibition cards.

Group Shows:
maximum of three images, $100/one image, $250/three images.

A reception is held for each exhibition. The cost of refreshments is shared by the exhibitors. All exhibits run for approximately one month.

Members are obligated to share in the operations of the Gallery. There is a wide variety of committees and activities to choose from. Please download the Membership Application and bring it, along with your portfolio and the $75 to the portfolio review.
